Mark Moyer
President
An industry veteran who has served in a variety of management
positions during his outdoor career.
Mr. Moyer is a
member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America's Board of Directors and
serves as Chairman of the Board. He also
serves as a director of the Traffic Audit Bureau and as a
director of the Foundation for Outdoor Advertising (FOARE). In
2005 he co-chaired the OAAA National Convention in Chicago and
co-chaired the FOARE 2005 fundraising campaign.

Tom Burgess
Vice President / Corporate Controller
Tom Burgess
was promoted to Vice President / Corporate Controller in 2007. His responsibilities
include overseeing the companies financial reporting, human resources and
corporate negotiations.
Previously he served as Corporate Controller Regional Manger Georgia/Alabama region.

Maria Suarez
Corporate Sales & Marketing Director
Maria Suarez
became the Corporate Sales and Marketing Director in 2004. Her
responsibilities include generating national and regional sales
and coordinating FairwayÕs marketing staff. Mrs. Suarez also
works closely with the Fairway sales staff. She also serves on the Outdoor Association of America's Marketing Committee.
Before joining Fairway, Mrs. Suarez served as general manager of
out-of-home media for MacDonald Media Inc. Prior to that, she
spent three years as director of out-of-home media for Ford
Motor Media/J. Walter Thompson in Chicago, Ill., where she was
promoted to senior partner. Suarez then served as senior
partner and director of out-of-home media for Ford Motor Media
in Raleigh until 2002.

Jim Pridgen
Director of Community Development
Jim Pridgen
became the Director of Community Development in 2002. His
responsibilities include civic and community service, public and
media relations and collaboration with local governments on
industry issues.
Mr. Pridgen, a 30-year veteran of the outdoor advertising
industry, was formerly general manager of Fairway's Triad
division.
He is currently a board member of North Carolina
Outdoor Advertising Association (NCOAA). He is also active
with many industry and community groups.

Jeff Noland
Corporate Director of Real Estate
Jeffrey Noland
became Corporate Director of Real Estate for Fairway Outdoor
Advertising in June of 2000. He is responsible for the
coordination of real estate development in all Fairway markets
as well as specific legislative and political activities in
South Carolina.
After graduating with a bachelorÕs degree in marketing from the
University of South Carolina in 1981, Jeff joined Naegele
Outdoor Advertising (Morris purchased in 1985) as an Account
Executive in sales.
Jeff is currently on the board of the South Carolina Outdoor
Advertising Association and a member of the Legislative
Committee of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America.

Ken Guy
National Operations Director
Ken Guy is
responsible for overseeing operations for Fairway's Five
Divisions and ten offices in six states. Ken has most recently
served as Real Estate manager of the Chattanooga Division.
Prior
to moving to Chattanooga he worked in a variety of operations
positions including overseeing operations for eleven offices
with POA and Universal Outdoor. He currently serves on the Board
of Directors of the Outdoor Advertising Association of
Georgia.

Mike Parsons
National Creative Director
Mr. Parsons has
worked as an art director with Fairway since 1997. He was
promoted to National Creative Director in 2003. In this position
he coordinates Fairway's creative staffs in all markets to
produce marketing projects and proposals to increase sales.
In addition, Mr. Parsons has shared his time and talents with
many non-profits and community organizations such as The Art
Factory, The United Way and currently the Ad Council. He is also
a member of the Outdoor
Advertising Association of America's Creative Committee.
