Mark Moyer
Chief Executive Officer

An industry veteran who has served in a variety of management positions during his outdoor career. Mr. Moyer is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America's Board of Directors and served as Chairman of the Board from 2007 to 2009. He also serves as a director of the Traffic Audit Bureau. In 2005 he co-chaired the OAAA National Convention in Chicago and co-chaired the FOARE 2005 fundraising campaign. In 2011 he was presented with the outdoor industry's highest honor, the Myles Standish award.

Nancy Haggerty
Chief Financial Officer

Nancy Haggerty is a graduate of Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, and has twenty-one years of experience in the Financial Management functions of the outdoor advertising industry. Nancy has extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysis of financial performance. She has served as the liaison between the company and its investors, bankers, and auditors.


Tom Burgess
Vice President Of Finance

Tom Burgess became Corporate Controller for Fairway Outdoor Advertising in 1987 and later was promoted to Corporate Controller/Regional Manager in 2003 with the establishment of the Georgia / Alabama market.

In 2007 he was promoted to Vice President / Corporate Controller. His responsibilities include overseeing the company's financial reporting, human resources and corporate negotiations.


Gary Banas
Vice President - HR & Risk Management

Gary Banas is a career Human Resources and Labor Relations Professional with over thirty years management experience in both Federal and local government public school administration. In addition, he has considerable experience in the information technology and outdoor advertising industries. A graduate of the State University of New York and the Princeton University Mid-Career Fellow Graduate Program, Mr. Banas is a published author with articles appearing in a number of magazines and books, including the Harvard Business Review.

In his current position, Mr. Banas is responsible for the management of Fairway's Human Resources and Risk Management programs with primary emphasis in the areas of employee relations, payroll, employee benefits, and property and casualty insurance policies and programs.


Maria Suarez
Corporate Sales & Marketing Director

Maria Suarez became the Corporate Sales and Marketing Director in 2004. Her responsibilities include generating national and regional sales and coordinating Fairway's marketing staff. Mrs. Suarez works closely with the Fairway sales. She also serves on the Outdoor Association of America's Marketing Committee.

Before joining Fairway, Mrs. Suarez served as general manager of out-of-home media for MacDonald Media Inc. Prior to that, she spent three years as director of out-of-home media for Ford Motor Media/J. Walter Thompson in Chicago, Ill., where she was promoted to senior partner. Suarez then served as senior partner and director of out-of-home media for Ford Motor Media in Raleigh until 2002.

Jeff Noland
Corporate Director of Real Estate

Jeffrey Noland became Corporate Director of Real Estate for Fairway Outdoor Advertising in June of 2000. He is responsible for the coordination of real estate development in all Fairway markets as well as specific legislative and political activities in South Carolina.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of South Carolina in 1981, Jeff joined Naegele Outdoor Advertising (Morris purchased in 1985) as an Account Executive in sales.

Jeff is currently on the board of the South Carolina Outdoor Advertising Association and a member of the Legislative Committee of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America.

Ken Guy
National Operations Director

As National Operations Director, Ken is responsible for overseeing the operations and safety for Fairway Outdoor's nine divisions and 14 offices. Ken brings 34 years of industry experience to the position. During that time he has served in a variety of operations positions along with 5 years as a Real Estate manager. In addition to his duties for Fairway, Ken previously served on the Board of Directors for the Outdoor Advertising Association of Georgia and currently serves on the Safety, Standards, and Technology Committee for the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. In 2008, Ken was awarded the OAAA's ''Excellence in Operations Management'' Award.


Mike Parsons
National Creative Director

Mr. Parsons has worked as an art director with Fairway since 1997. He was promoted to National Creative Director in 2003. In this position he coordinates Fairway's creative staffs in all markets to produce award winning creative and marketing projects that increase sales. He also aided in the deployment and currently organizes Fairway's digital billboard inventory.

In addition, Mr. Parsons has shared his time and talents with many non-profits and community organizations such as the Greenville Advertising Federation and the Ad Council. He is also a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America's Creative Committee.

Mike Babinicz
Information Technology Manager

Mr. Babinicz joined the company in 2010 and administers all information systems for Fairway. Before joining Fairway, Babinicz was IT Manager for Sloan Construction Company in Duncan, SC.

A graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Information Technology, he has extensive training in all areas of technology.
