Fairway Completes Asset Swap

Duncan, S.C. - Effective November 1, 2010, Fairway Outdoor Advertising and Waitt Outdoor agreed to exchange various assets in an effort to focus on better serving our clients. Fairway Outdoor divested of its assets in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois and Nebraska while acquiring Waitt's assets in Minnesota and Iowa.

The assets acquired in the exchange will compliment existing inventory in Minnesota and Iowa. Fairway's North Central Division operates quality outdoor advertising with its divisional office located in Rochester, Minn.

''We are excited to acquire this inventory from Waitt Outdoor as the demand for outdoor advertising is high in this area,'' said Fairway's North Central General Manager, Jay Sauber.

Fairway Outdoor Advertising is one of the largest outdoor companies in the country; operating nine divisional offices and five regional offices in primarily thirteen states in the Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States.
