Public Library & Information Center August21, 2001 Rebecca Eatman-Jackson On behalf of Cumberland County Public Library & Information Center, thank you for allowing our library system to better educate the community about services available to them at their public library through the use of outdoor advertising. Strategically placed billboards throughout our service area provided reminders to our target audience that the library has free information, summer reading clubs, and videos, CDs and DVDs. We were able to promote September as Library Card Sign-Up Month and remind a targeted community about library services available to them at a local branch, because of the community spirit shared by Fairway Outdoor Advertising.
